This community is for YOU if:

  • You’re a queer or neurodivergent person feeling constantly overwhelmed in a world that doesn’t feel like it was made for you.
  • You might be struggling with executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm/meltdowns, big feelings/intense emotions, feeling burnout/shutdown, interoception/ disordered eating or struggle to notice body cues. 
  • You’ve done a lot of therapy and it still feels like your coping skills, self-care rituals, and go-to exercises aren’t working as well as you want them to.
  • You are often told you’re “so self-aware,” which sometimes makes you want to pull your hair out because “I’M STILL STRUGGLING OVER HERE!”
  • You’ve heard the phrases “feel your feelings” or “be in your body” and want this for yourself…
  • …but maybe you also feel a vague sense of dread or even lack of understanding about what this actually MEANS and how you get from dissociation or constant activity to this.
  • You are curious about meditation, breathwork, and somatic practices but are unsure if it will work for you (spoiler alert: there’s a lot of research saying it does work, especially for neurodivergent folks!!)
