Embodied movement, somatic healing, and heart-centered practices for those on the path of remembering.
This space is made for the ones who feel things deeply. For those who’ve spent a lifetime translating themselves for others —or wondering if there’s something wrong with the way they move through the world.
Here, we do things differently. We rebuild trust and safety first. We give ourselves the resources to try being seen — and stay with the feelings that follow. We meet our inner selves with curiosity, not judgment. We explore, we listen, we honor.
What if coming home to yourself felt like freedom? Like possibility? Like re-awakening your own wild, sacred way of being in the world? You are worthy of living unapologetically true. And the world is better with your truth in it.
Maybe you’ve tried being yourself – but left feeling lonely, burnt out, or shut down. Maybe you’ve read the books, have a notion wellness dashboard, have been in therapy for years. (yep, me too). But authenticity still feels like a battle — like every day, you’re wading through mud just to be yourself in the world.
Because the truth is: you don’t have to go on an epic quest to find out who you are. Your most authentic self is already here —beneath the layers of armor and masks and survival.
This is a space to arrive — as you are, not as the world told you to be.
Hi, I’m Oliver.
If you’ve ever felt out of place—in your body, in a room, in the world—you’re not alone. I know that feeling all too well, as a queer, neurodivergent human. I learned early how to chameleon, to mask, to hide my true self in order to ‘belong’ — and I’ve spent the last decade slowly learning how to come home to myself.
Through the steady practice of yoga, somatics, and breath, I began to feel like ME again.
Slowly, gently, I found my way home — not just to my body, but to a sense of self that felt true.
Now, I hold space for others—especially those who’ve been made to feel ‘too much’ or ‘not _____ enough’ — to listen to your own bodies, trust your intuitive nudges and the whispers of Spirit/The Universe/Higher Power, and move from a place of deep inner knowing.
This space isn’t about fixing you. It’s about witnessing you. Tending to what’s alive. Letting your body remember the way back.
This journey hasn’t just grounded me — it’s re-awakened me. To childlike joy and wonder in experiencing life that feels freeing, not restricting.
To a kind of infinite love that comes from within and feels so expansive, endless and whole.
And now, I hold space for others to experience this, too.
Here, you’re invited to come as you are.
To be with what’s alive in you.
To remember that your authenticity is not only welcome — it’s sacred.
And maybe, finding that your own truth is the most trustworthy place you could ever take action from.
“Soft landings. Brave beginnings. A space to come home to yourself.”
“I felt seen, safe, and gently invited back into my body.”
— S. (Workshop Participant)
“Oliver has this way of welcoming you — the whole you — with warmth and joy.”
— L. (Yoga Student)
“The hands-on somatic exercises we were guided through were so powerful.”
— E. (Workshop Host)
There are so many ways to come home to your body.
Somatics, at its core, is the study and practice of sensing from within — tuning into the body’s language of sensation, emotion, rhythm, and movement. It invites us to feel ourselves more fully and reconnect with the wisdom we already carry.
There’s a wide spectrum of somatic practices (I like to say somatics is a rainbow, too 🌈). My work draws from breathwork, yoga, embodied visualization, and mindfulness, as well as more playful and intuitive movement forms like embodied dance, non-traditional partnering, and weight-sharing techniques.
My approach isn’t formulaic or prescriptive. It’s relational, intuitive, and rooted in lived experience — shaped by my background in yoga, dance, trauma-informed coaching, and the cycles of the natural world. I’m here to support sensitive, curious, complex humans in building a relationship with their bodies that feels safe, sacred, and alive.
This isn’t about fixing.
It’s about noticing.
Listening. Trusting. Feeling.
When you work with me, you’re not meeting someone with all the answers — you’re meeting someone who’s walking this path too, just a little further along, still learning and remembering.
I don’t offer a rigid system. I offer a weaving, living, breathing practice that meets you where you are. Your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. It just has to be YOURS.
I offer personalized, trauma-informed coaching sessions rooted in body-based awareness and intuition. These are spaces of deep listening, where you’re invited to explore sensation, regulate your nervous system, and move through stuck patterns with compassion.
My yoga classes are designed from the heart with creative Vinyasa sequencing and inspiration drawn from Katonah, Iyengar, and other movement modalities. I offer both private and group sessions, always welcoming the full complexity of your lived experience — neurodivergence, sensitivity, joy, mess and all.
Whether it’s an afternoon virtual workshop or a full-weekend immersion, these offerings are crafted to support collective healing, playfulness, and deep embodiment. Perfect for folx seeking a space to listen inward, be witnessed, and emerge with deeper insights.
a gathering space for neurodivergent folks exploring the intersections of science, spirit, and self.
Tune in for cozy, curious, and connective conversations with Oliver and guests — from neuroscience and somatics to soft mornings, grief rituals, and how to take messy action to get you closer to the life you dream of living.
Notes from the nervous system — and the soul.
These emails are less like marketing and more like love letters. Sometimes they arrive like morning pages after a moving practice, sometimes they’re the fruit of a week spent spiraling joyfully down a rabbit hole of neurodivergent-friendly somatic science, or a quiet moment beside my altar, transcribing what wants to be heard. If you’re looking for a rhythm of reflection, insight, and embodied curiosity — I’d love to write to you.
